FUZE COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment and participation in the FUZE course ("Course") provided by Rod Evans ("Provider"). By enrolling in the Course, you ("Student") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. COURSE ENROLLMENT AND ACCESS

2.1 Eligibility: Students must be at least 18 years of age or have guardian consent to enroll.

2.2 Registration: Students must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.

2.3 Access: Upon successful registration and payment, Students will receive access to Course materials for the duration specified in the enrollment details.

2.4 Account Security: Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Fees: Course fees are as stated at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified in writing.

3.2 Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods are as specified during the checkout process.

3.3 Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of enrollment. Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy available.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Ownership: All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and software, are the property of the Provider or its licensors.

4.2 Limited License: Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

4.3 Restrictions: Students may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Course materials

  • Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer Course materials

  • Share access to Course materials with third parties

  • Use Course materials for commercial purposes

5. STUDENT CONDUCT

5.1 Acceptable Use: Students agree to use the Course in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct: Students may not:

  • Engage in disruptive behavior during Course activities

  • Harass or discriminate against other Students or Course staff

  • Share personal information of other Students without consent

  • Violate intellectual property rights of the Provider or third parties

5.3 Consequences: Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in removal from the Course without refund.

6. PRIVACY

6.1 Data Collection: Provider collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy available.

6.2 Communications: Provider may send Course-related communications to Students using the contact information provided during registration.

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

7.1 No Guarantees: Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from completing the Course.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider's liability for any claims arising out of the Course is limited to the amount paid by the Student for the Course.

7.3 Availability: Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Course materials and is not responsible for delays or inability to access content due to technical issues beyond Provider's reasonable control.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

8.1 Term: These Terms are effective upon enrollment and continue until Course completion or termination.

8.2 Termination by Provider: Provider reserves the right to terminate a Student's access to the Course for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at Provider's discretion.

8.3 Survival: Sections related to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of these Terms.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Course constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

FUZE COURSE NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between:

Course Provider: [Rod Evans FUZE Instructor  ("Provider") Student: ("Student")

1. PURPOSE

The Student acknowledges that during participation in the FUZE course, they may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to: proprietary methodologies, teaching materials, business strategies, and other course-related materials ("Confidential Information").

2. CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS

The Student agrees to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information shared during the course

  • Not disclose any Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent from the Provider

  • Use Confidential Information solely for educational purposes related to the FUZE course

  • Take reasonable measures to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized access or disclosure

3. EXCLUSIONS

This Agreement does not apply to information that:

  • Is already in the public domain through no fault of the Student

  • Was known to the Student prior to disclosure by the Provider

  • Is received from a third party without restriction and without breach of this Agreement

  • Is independently developed by the Student without use of Confidential Information

4. TERM

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of signing, regardless of whether the Student completes the FUZE course.


SIGNATURE

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that the FUZE methodology represents proprietary techniques and agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the specific processes taught in this masterclass.

Applications will be reviewed within 7 days. Selected candidates will be contacted for a brief video conversation before final acceptance.
